We will not benefit from commissions and will pass any discounts provided by service providers to the customers.

We will endeavour to create lasting mutually beneficial relationships.

Collaboration with all stakeholders significantly impacts the outcome of a project.

We will collaborate with customers, officers and crew, service providers, government agencies, underwriters,  surveyors  and other stakeholders to ensure the best course of action is derived and implementation is executed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Safety of life, the environment and property is our number one priority.  

We will work closely with safety personnel and underwriters to ensure a desirable safety culture on board.

The yachting industry is a multi-disciplinary, highly technical, high value worldwide industry that owes its  existence to ONE collective customer: the yacht owner. We will remain persistently cognisant of this fact which will guide all our decisions and actions.
